The curry sauce is made by combining a broth carefully extracted from domestic chicken bones and aromatic vegetables with homemade curry roux that has been passed down since 1960.We carefully select Koshihikari rice from Yasato, Ibaraki Prefecture.Grown in the basin at the foot of Mount Tsukuba, these potatoes are characterized by their glossy appearance, sweetness, and stickiness, thanks to the mineral-rich water and significant temperature differences.
